About the Role
You will lead Salesforce projects end-to-end, managing scope, timeline, and resources. This role requires both technical understanding and project management expertise in Salesforce implementations.
Requirements
5+ years of project management experience
PMP or Scrum certification preferred
Salesforce project experience is mandatory
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource planning
Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, architects, QA, and business stakeholders
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
Strong understanding of Salesforce release cycles, change management, and environment strategy (e.g., sandboxes, metadata deployments)
Hands-on experience in creating and managing SOWs, ensuring alignment with client expectations, deliverables, and timelines
Strong budget management skills, including tracking project costs, forecasting, and ensuring projects remain within financial scope
Proven ability to allocate and manage resources effectively across multiple projects to optimize utilization and delivery efficiency
Experience in tracking effort estimates, burn rates, and reconciling resource hours against project budgets and contractual terms
