Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
2+ years of HR experience
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Assist in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in alignment with company policies
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback collection, and appraisal coordination
Coordinate and execute employee wellness, training, and development initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
